  • Getting found. Where you rank in the towns you serve, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whether you have a page for each town.
  • Booking without you. Whether somebody can book at 10pm, what your enquiry form does, and what happens to a missed call.
  • Working the not-yets. What happens to a quote nobody answered, and whether there is a customer list at all.
